What advice would you give the CEO of NTI-Connect about how to improve it?

I know you are an extension of a very bureaucratic agency, working with Social Security Administration, but your staff is impossible to reach and has little help after placement. Offering some job training in more lucrative areas so people could make more money would be a great thing. Things like Medical Billing and Coding, Bookkeeping, Computer Programming, etc. Customer service is nice but it is not profitable enough to quit receiving disability.If someone can only do Customer Service work you could still provide that but the world has so many resources now. It'd be great to have a partnership with an online place like Udacity where skills could be learned, you could have a mentor and the client could come out making enough money to actually support themselves, even disabled.
