I actually completed all three projects ahead of time, so I was awarded with an extension and by being the lead architect on my last project. Their next efforts were not ready or budgeted yet so after my extension I was free to go. I will say the person I directly reported to recommended for them to hire me multiple times as he plans on retiring in 2-3 years.
