Fast paced
I’d go in at 4 everyday and start making sandwiches or whatever people ordered until the store closed at 9pm then id have to clean dishes and clean the kitchen area and head home for 10

Fun place to work with great growth opportunities
Great place to work with unlimited advancement opportunities. All the staff have the greatest attitudes through the busiest hours. One of the few companies that allow you to have fun while you work. Complete awesomeness from the top down!!!

Growing and exciting place to work
NU is a bustling locally owned cafe in Worcester. It is a fast casual restaurant with healthy and wholesome food and drinks. The company really cares about growth both personally and professionally. It’s so nice working with managers and staff that really care about each other’s well being. That being said, it’s a great work balance. Everyone works hard but since everyone is so positive it doesn’t feel as stressful as other busier restaurants I’ve worked at. This is a growing company that just opened a second location in Somerville last year, and planning to open at least 6 more within 10 years. There are a lot of oppurtunities to grow in the company. I started in the kitchen 4 years ago, learned the front my second year, and became a supervisor. A year after that I became the manager. This company recognizes hard work and will help you grow into a leader. Can be extremely busy and fast passed but everyone’s positive attitude makes it a great environment.
