Amazing company culture with lots of assistance any time you need along with amazing coworkers. Great work/life balance. Weekly base pay was a plus too. Hard to receive a promotion or a raise(s) no matter how much you improve, terrible and unfair commission rate for your work/effort and you wont receive your commission until the end of the month, constant change in commission structure, no job sec...

Horrible Company, Stay Away

Company is awful, from the CEO all the way down to Managers. A start up company with no automotive repair experience which makes the highly experienced Technician set up for failure. Total lack of communication between departments. They promise you a service area to work in since it is mobile automotive repair, but once hired on they will send you way out of your service area in rush hour traffic....
