Center Accountant in Leawood, KS

There is no work life balance, they expect you to devote your life to this job and work 50-70 hours per week to meet deadlines in time. No overtime is paid and the salary does not compensate for all of the hours. The tensions in the department were very high and did not make it an enjoyable place to work. There is not a team environment, except a few employees. People are always ready to throw you under the bus.
Registered Nurse (RN) in McKinney, TX

After having worked in toxic Healthcare environments it’s a relief to work at this hospital. Granted it’s a smaller facility which therefore makes the scope of work and availability of resources a little limited. However it’s one of a very few places where I’ve felt genuinely supported by management, from my direct supervisor all the way up to the president. It’s not just by their words but also by their actions. And that goes a LONG way towards building a positive work environment.

Nuehealth isnt the problem. Its Fulton Medical Center, in Fulton MO. This is a very clicky place and if you aren't in the click ..you are cut. They use you up and dont respect you as a valued employee. Usually out of supplies, due to not paying their bills. Management is HORRIBLE! They haven't turned in wages for employees since 2016, when Nueterra was going to close it, which they should have.

My manager was wonderful. We were an In house 0.R. That functioned more as an ambulatory surg. Center. Rural America was our Target Care group. I'd do it again in a heartbeat

It’s a good place to work. Good location. Easy to get to driving and thru public transportation. Only thing is there are some nurses who are not so nice to other nurses.
