Productive environment however staff need to feel more appreciated for there hard work
Supervisor (Current Employee) – Jamaica, W. I. – October 7, 2018
Some departments staff are not treated fair, there concerns aren't dealt with, some of us don't feel appreciated. Staff do not feel motivated and even some group leaders too. This goes for the Jamaica Office
Lunch money for holidays and day offs worked
Office needs more space, in Jamaica staff have to work on holidays while the other countries get there holidats
Data Entry Clerk (Former Employee) – Jamaica – October 5, 2018
Working at Numerator has been a good experience overall. The environment was very relaxed and fun. However, My work hours were long and it felt like I spent more time at work than at home. Even with the long hours, I was at times ask to stay beyond my shift to complete deadlines as well. This took a toll on my health.
Advertising Content Analyst (Former Employee) – New York, NY – August 9, 2018
The overall experience was nice. But autonomy was less, everyday same routine work makes the job boring. Culture and employees were friendly, helpful and of soft-nature. Pay-off is good. I recommend this job.
Business Analyst (Former Employee) – New York, NY – June 30, 2018
Company is going places, and after it works out some kinks that are normal within change management, it'll be a wonderful place to work. People there are friendly though understandably stressed from deadlines and organizational structure changes.
Research Analyst/Ad Processor/QC'er (Former Employee) – Montegobay, Jamaica – June 4, 2018
The company could have better spent money internally with recreational activities for staff. On days where staff overload the company meaning staff who are not schedule to work came in resulted in limited space. Over the couple of years I was employed my knowledge and experienced have widen. I have learnt how to take my job seriously and how it's important to understand the business needs and wants in order to fulfill to current and keep prominent client. You have to know how to fulfill the clients request. multi-tasking between a leader and line staff at the same time and meeting targets.
company provide free health care, shuttle buses
have to be able to work overtime to get taxi fare.
Research Associate (Former Employee) – Montego Bay – May 19, 2018
At work, on the production floor is extremely cold and silent, only could hear the clicking sounds of computer hardware. I learnt about the latest computer software and how to do Data entering. The hardest part of the job was when the work load gets heavy and you have limited time. The most enjoyable part of the job was when you get the same area to do again.
First job out of college during economic downturn. Terrible salary but decent benefits. No work and life balance, worked overtime and on Saturdays and Sundays occasionally. Management is not good at communicating.
Great place to explore media buying, and ad tracking tech
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – New York, NY – March 28, 2018
Competitrack was a phenomenal place to better understand the technological logistics of tracking ads for clients, either digitally, or physically, and was a great environment in which to start understanding Sales cycles and client needs as they relate to the technological side of the advertising business.
Marketing Assistant (Current Employee) – Saratoga Springs, NY – March 26, 2018
My job role is processing Advertisement Inserts from the Boston Globe. This is a part-time telecommute position. I have learned how to scan required ad inserts into a document scanner, as well as edit and analyze the advertisements. I then enter pertinent information into the company database. The job is enjoyable and not difficult after the initial learning curve. The most enjoyable part of the job is the flexibility of submitting the work each day in a timely manner. I have been working with Market Track for 3 years and we have an excellent report and the director knows that he can rely on me.
Fast-Growing Company that is easy to over commit yourself to
Operations Manager (Current Employee) – Chicago, IL – February 21, 2018
Working at Market Track, you find yourself in a great environment with fun co-workers and a supportive office.
You have to be careful to set boundaries and not allow yourself to take on more than what you can do in a week, or they will continue to expect that from you. However, they do give raises and bonuses and recognize those that go above and beyond.
Trainer, Assistant Supervisor (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – December 6, 2017
The management team all went to one school, and made sure only to hire from there. They also would not promote from within. When the new owner came in, he got rid of half the workforce, wrote you up for using the restroom, or if you were a minute late back from a break (usually because you had to stand in line to sign in again - even if the computer could do all of this.)
