The workload for sure. It's not enough hours in the day for all the work they expect their employees to do. There is little response from other departments. You can send an email 20 times to an office manager with no response. No career growth.

What my experience was but what threw me off the most was when i was asked "what did i not like about my last boss/supervisor??" I thought that was a little off putting almost as if they were looking to see what they should not do.
