Minimal training. Closed mouths dont get fed...so if you dont request for more training...you won't get any sufficient amount of training. Manager who is trying to train you barely has time to. Spends the most half hr training you on something he doesnt explain in full details but expects that you will understand the moment he speaks. Found myself constantly saying explain slower and break it down for me. I only worked a lil not even 6 mos yet and i am ready to quit. Staff and branch manager acts funny style. When i first started it was all sweet smiles and nicer tones now it went to barely even speaking to me. Alot of ppl brown nose tou into hoping they look good. Alot of telling on each other behind closed doors literally. Everyone envying you thinking you will steal from them these older coworkers should be shameful acting like children. Horrible company. Working til i find better.

What my experience was but what threw me off the most was when i was asked "what did i not like about my last boss/supervisor??" I thought that was a little off putting almost as if they were looking to see what they should not do.

One month from offer, their HR service is painfully slow. I worked for Numotion twice, first time when it was USM, process took 1 day, now 1 month, no joke.
