Nurse Registry understands that everyone has a life outside of work. Management allows for flexibility in schedule for sick time, vacation, appointments, and family emergencies when reasonable. We celebrate people's birthdays and other special occasions with work lunches and often have lunch together in or outside of the office for no special occasion at all. One con to flexibility in the schedules is sometimes the workload can be more if less people are in the office. It's very public transportation accessible.
