Clinical Dietitian in Baltimore, MD

Worked alone most days while with this company giving me flexibility in my schedule and time at work. The down side to this was that I could have used more guidance or resources in order to be a better dietitian at my facility. I feel that my focus was directly on charting rather than patient care some days. Worked to grow myself more than the company was providing these opportunities for the employees. Occasional lunch and earns provided which were very helpful. Coworkers in the company always helpful when asked. Coverage when you must be off for prolonged periods of time was often sparse. Overall I would work for the company again.

While this is a remote company, I always feel as though I am part of a team. I am constantly receiving accommodations and consideration to help achieve a good work/life balance. HR, management and the CEO are so professional and understanding.
Dietitian in Miami, Fl

I was excited to start in my facility from the follow up and communication with my regional manager prior to starting. The training I received my first week and support from colleagues helped me feel confident in the day to day. I have never worked for a company that has had a team to reach out to for support.

HR is unprofessional. Will ignore you and is shady. Pay is minimum and you get the bare minimum benefits possible. Only benefit is that hours are flexible

Hands off company. You primarily work for the building you are contracted with, not NutraSourceRD. It’s great because it gives the RD autonomy with support if you reach out and ask, however they rarely provide feedback and sometimes it’s nice to know where you can improve and have the company know you are appreciated by them. Additionally, NutraSourceRD will usually side with the administrator of the building you are at, so make sure at a building you like. Your real coworkers are those at the SNF/LTC. It’s hard because you have no idea when applying where you will actually be and what the culture will be like.
