Short staffed almost all the time. And the management could really care less. They would rather keep pushing their employees as opposed to trying to hire people for extra help in the offices.
Being busy isn't a problem, but when your managers complain about you getting overtime when there is no way around it, it becomes an issue.
Health quest is slowly loosing all their employees. Even ones that have been there for 10 plus years. Management nor does anyone care they are loosing valuable employees that keep the place going. Staff maybe replaced by another body if ever. But not every staff member is truly replaceable. In the medical practice alone we’ve had 6 people leave in 2 months. Including Drs. Something needs to be done /fixed
