Lead Server and Trainer (Current Employee) – Wellington, FL – November 15, 2017
This is a fast pace , customer service based company. The are many types of different people that work there, management could definitely be tweaked on. There are a lot of inconsistencies in this company, being consistent is a major thing for any company to run correctly and have happy employees.

This Place makes everyone on the outside thinks that they are good but the devil is a liar. This place has serious money issues that cant even afford to pay their empolyees on time every bank and check cashing store in the area is refusing to cash our work checks when we do get them we show up for our shifts on time but when its payday we dont even know if we are going to get paid or have to wait a whole month like before this place needs to be shut down

Poor management they use you then want to write you up for stupid things. Always short staff let the lazy people do whatever they want but the hard workers they always on top of them. Human resources is a joke they never keep nothing private or even do anything about a situation. Late checks bounce checks.

Works regularly UNDERSTAFFED! Culture is poor, management for the most part not helpful! Management will watch you struggle thru rough shifts when its theor fault for not staffing properly! Unappreciative & disrespectful management & staff! Not worth IT!

Under staffed and stressful environment.Great staff on night shift though. Middle management is awful and cutthroat.Workload is extensive so on any given day one can be in the facility 2 to 4 hours past shift change.
Above average salery
Stressful environment and very high staff turn over.
Facility was very clean and safe for patients and staff. Co-workers were civil but not too friendly. The hardest part of the job for me personally was that every patient oriented task had to be hurriedly completed. The best part of the job for me personally was seeing a patient go home being healthier than when admitted to the facility.
