I was completely happy while I worked there as an administrative aide (an intern). I learnt a lot because it was in line with my academics and I gained a lot of experience from the department of buildings.

The most enjoyable part of this job is helping people and completing your tasks. The hardest part of the job is dealing with disgruntled customers and miscommunication between staff and management. It is very fast paced but that helps the day move along quickly.
