What people say about working at NYC Department of Buildings

  • The DOB is a good place to work, I was a temp.

    4.0
Good Company but it was a temporary job. Not steady. If you work here as a regular employee that will be good. But as a temp, there was not a relevant future. Working with the city or state is excelent but going via a temporary agency is not.
    Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
    New York, NY - July 12, 2018
  • Relaxing and Fun Place to work

    4.0
A very inclusive and supportive culture where junior and senior managers are always readily accessible. There is collaboration on all aspects of the job and continuous training in all aspects of the work.
    Assistant Plan Examiner (Current Employee)
    New York, NY - January 10, 2018
