Depending on where you get assigned to the work environment can be completely horrible. No matter how much of an effort you try to make the building or buildings you clean will ALWAYS be dirty the next day. If you get the job the best thing you can do is to not take anything personally, you will be rushed and certain things will be expected of you. Oh and just a heads up depending on the how many floors are in the building you will most likely be cleaning it but yourself.
My number one priority is getting The Job done each days easy does it.
