My day starts when I arrive and see where I am assigned to work. I report there and glance at the MD schedule to assess what is needed for the day. I have learned that communication with the Radiation Therapists and MD is essential for patient satisfaction. The culture is diverse and comfortable. On occasion there can be challenges with admitted - more... patients that need more attention. It is rewarding to assess patients on a follow up visit. There are relationships formed that last for years. - less
