I Winthrop is an institution some weaknesses and strengths. i can't judge an entire institution base on my experience with one unit. they are helping doctors, PA, nurses with specialties. so, if i believe in education, i must believe in good future for them. but they have to work on the weaknesses, which make me an innocent victim.

Depend on what level you can work for them and under which manager. i am sure the salary will be better. but, your job security will not be great without a license or diploma. i don't want to sound negative because, i work for them for 8 years, everything was fine until i got transfer to the chaotic, miss-managed unit (GI).
