I love working here the environment is amazing they are laid back and relaxed they are the best homecare company I've worked for.
They are very responsive to my needs and they are quick to the response even after hours the schedule coordinators are amazing to work with, they work around my school schedule. This is a great company to work for 👍👍

Unprofessional and poor management and staff
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) –  Springfield, MAJanuary 9, 2018
Never apply for a job here!! You never gonna get more than 20 hours.... theres no benefits. Staff doesn't care about employees but agency reputation. Poor coordination. Never hear what they say at the in services they never follows rules. Heavy environment. They hire the most ignorant, unprofessional and immature people for the office. If you don't want end it up disappointed never apply here!

HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR (Former Employee) –  South Deerfield, MAAugust 13, 2017
answering voicemail's, check applications on website, yearly reviews, hire and firing, payroll questions and issues with website. I learned something new everyday. The management was consistant with their mission statement. The hardest part of the job was trying to balance the employees and management policies. The most enjoyable part of my job was that I was able to listen and help the employees with there issues with the job or the company.
Pros
flexible hours
Cons
no vacation time for the field staff.

Clients usually do not have much going on especially when working on overnights. It tends to turn into a companionship with most cases.
Pros
Compensations, flexiblity sometimes
