At the time, the CEO was unfair. She played favorites. The members were demanding. But that is understood because they have to pay so much money to be members there. Pay is OK if you come in with 10 years of experience. But if you dont have the experience you will never "catch up" because they dont have true merit based raises, no matter how well - more... you perform. - less
Prosfree lunch, many nice members, a lot of PTO if you stay long enough
Conspay is low in some jobs, raises are small percentages, no merit incentive for top performers
