I had an awesome nurse I worked under. but the management wants people who are lazy and kiss their butt
I loved my residents, unfortunately if you speak out about issues that are happening to residents you are targeted and considered a trouble maker and then Admin will tell people from agency to stay away from you that your mean. They did not pass water and kept water locked behind nurses desk and the residents were on memory care so most didn't remember and realize they needed fluids.

High turnover
Recent change of management which is made for a recent high turnover making it difficult to manage and work when you're short staff lots of agency at the moment they are trying to revamp the place and it does look better and it is better than it's been in years so I hope they succeed what they continue to do.

Horrible place to work
DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! The DON and administrator are both evil and prejudice...they are very rude and treat their staff poorly!!!! There is alot of racial profiling in that building and because of this they truly do not have any staff They screw up paychecks every pay period....the patient care there is horrible because the department heads would rather sit and watch the staff on camera than come help and provide patient care there are bedbugs there and there is no hot water in the back of the building shoot the building is literally falling apart I wouldnt put my worst enemy in that place again DO NOT WORK HEREstaf

Horrible place to work since under new Mgmt
This facility should be shut down. Mgmt has falsified documentation to clear state reviews. They do not have what their website states they have. The nurses are overworked. Employee time is deducted for 30 min lunches daily when they dont have time to take lunch. They write extra names on schedule when state is auditing them so it looks like they are in compliance with how many employees should be working. They have black mold in some of the residents rooms. The ceiling tiles are falling in from roof leaks. Upper mgmt deals with personal issues concerning employees and they share the info with other employees that should be kept confidential. They do not give raises. They dont have working call lights in all residents rooms. They threaten your license if you dont stay over your scheduled time. Etc.

Horrible place to work
Residents are mistreated by nursing staff. RN's steal residents medication. Then rehired after only 1 week. Residents do not receive showers on scheduled days. I don't know how this horrible place is still open.
