It's was energy draining, hated going to work except the patients and co workers was great.

Clinics are open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm but often clinical staff stays later because they schedule patients as late as 4:40pm and there are almost always transportation issues. There are even talks of Saturday hours and perhaps even 24 hours centers. Work-life balance is not a priority. Barely any time off this year at Christmas either. It's horrible.

There is a very small annual raise but beyond that, never, depending on what role you're in.
