See above...culture needs to be addressed. Management is very unprofessional and bad at dealing with interpersonal conflict. A woman in my clinic was reported multiple times for harassment by multiple people, and it took 6 months before the issues were addressed.

Crazy if you're a midlevel provider. You'll be constantly expected to help yourself. Room your own patients, give your own treatments and injections and then chart on an EMR called Greenway that is the worst and most unreliable EMR I've ever encountered. They must have bought it in EBay

A majority of the employees at my clinic site are unproductive, unhealthy, egocentric, and disrespectful. Culture thrives around telling admin, management, and sales to let you do your job, navigating the uncleanly breakroom, avoiding colleagues, signing cards for engagements, weddings, babies, birthdays, undeserving promotions, and forking over money for presents.
