Stop being so self-serving. Placing cardboard posters of yourself winning awards makes you look like a narcissist. It’s supposed to be about patients, not you. Put some of your energy into supporting your staff instead of looking for something to complain about all the time.

I would really suggest that management begin developing strategic plans to not only improve and maintain patient quality of care but also improve employee satisfaction. By having such a high turnover rate, that means employees are generally unhappy (for whatever reason). Having a high volume of unsatisfied employees definitely compromises patients' quality of care.

Patient care and safety is a must. Training and education for staff must come first, then patients will be happy, taken care of and profits will be there to be made
