Be careful

In my own experience I would not recommend someone of trainers are really nice but once you done with that well good luck they done care at all and communication with any manager is horrible

The good pay is based on the ability to stay for months without returning home. They kept me in Ohio with temperatures 16 degree below zero, and then I had to connect a hose an stay in the cold for two hours.

I see Oakley Transport as a place I can grow and learn in an essential industry. I’ve learned the system for Breakdown. It is a Professional and fast paced work environment. Great computer skills and communication skills and knowing how to multitask is expected. I get speak to many drivers and I enjoy helping and providing service to them especially when they’re in tough situations. I’m proud to be at Oakley.

Oakley supports their office personnel only. They think drivers are expendable.

I would not recommend to anyone. They make big promises, but never keep them. They says it open door. That's a joke. It's only open door if it's positive to them. Everything else is swept under the rung.Management will never do anything the doesn't directly benefit them

Decent company

Decent vomoany but stay in your lane and you will be fine. Expensive benifits driver or office worker as officer workers are grouped in the driver pool.
