Great place to witness the difference you are making in students' lives.

At Frederick Douglass high school, part of Oakmont Education, teachers truly care about their students. It is a good place to work in that the work is rewarding. Nothing is better than witnessing a student succeed. This workplace values its employees and even offers an incentive program for a job well done.

A Good Place to Work

Oakmont has a great mission and they work very hard to help students succeed with a high school diploma and a career certificate. The job is very rewarding and the pay is fair. I feel appreciated and enjoy the autonomy everyone has in their jobs. I haven’t work for any other school or district that I have enjoyed more.
