The hours are 8 hrs. a day unless you are needed to stay late to get a project out the door. This only happens a couple of times a month so it's really not bad working in the shop. When you are offshore it is usually 12hrs a day if not more. The work does equal out after you get your equipment down and operational and 12hr. shifts start. Overall the hours are no different than any other offshore company
