I had my own accounts and started my day answering voice mail messages. Then I responded to emails and customer requests, and stopped at 3pm to process the credit cards for the day.
Department co workers were nice and my supervisor was great. The hardest part was working with libraries that had special requests so they could get their funding. The - more ... most enjoyable part was talking to all the different libraries and retirees. - less
