Yes 30 cents after 90 days plus an additional 50 cent if you cross train.
Not for nursing staff
It's a 30¢ increase after 90 days and NOT WORTH IT!
This is one of the worst places you could work. No sterile procedures they care about budget and not safely. The pay sucks for how you get treated. Management is clueless. Very high turnover
I got a .30 raise after 90 days taking me up to 10.00, but because I became a phleb first they took it back and I went back down to 9.70.
A typical work day for me will be clocking in, getting all my supplies that I'll need. Greet and acknowledge everyone I come across also greet the donors. Get my work phone that we use for scanners and proceed to get to work. I'll push my cart to a donor get he/she name and donor id and begin to work. I learn different things on different days its never a dull moment at my work place. I would say management is great they're understanding and always there, so are my co-workers. The hardest part about my job I would say just learning every donors name. the most enjoyable part about my job will be the donors that I do have a relationship with I love seeing them and communicating with them. yes you receive raise after 90 days.
