High stress for low pay. The turnover rate is horrible so centers are usually operating understaffed.

Managment show favoritism. Employees are lazy. Always under staffed. You may have to screen donors by yourself on a full shift. No set hours. The schedule is always done late to the point you may have call in to see if you work the next day. Supervisors are rude and unprofessional. Must work all holidays beside Christmas and New Years. Early lunches no 15 min breaks

Scheduling is terrible week to week schedule, no staff, rude donors, pay is terrible, no advancements unless they like you. Overall not a good place to work. It’s only beneficial to the higher ups they’re the only ones making any money.

Management does not care, for a company based on supposedly wanting to help people is more of a front to make money. Not a great place to work. Never been more unhappy.

Bad bad very bad pay for the work thats done andthe things you have to put up with, barely make a living, managers dont fix things just blame people, lazy and ghetto employees, drama, promotes friends and favorites instead of real honest workers. Never ever work here.

The company DOES NOT care about their employees. I left because I was tired of working for the same pay and dealing with the same rude and entitled donors. Management will brown nose with the donors just so they stay to donate.
