Why are you choosing to let experienced, professional people who are bringing so much value to the company leave? Why is one problematic manager more important to you than a dozen exemplary employees? Do you have so much disposable revenue that it simply doesn't matter that you have to spend thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours interviewing, investigating, and hiring new people due to the high turn around within the company?
