Management has exhibited their inability to perform, yet they continue to maintain job security even through multiple missed milestones and major company missteps. Compensation is well below average in the Pharma world, and getting a raise or bonus is not going to happen more than once a year. Timelines are constantly rushed, and therefore projects are poorly thought out and obvious mistakes are made. Tensions are constantly high, and people have a blatant distrust for each other which creates a poisonous and toxic environment. Benefits are non-existent, culture is non-existent, morale is constantly low.
