I worked at this company for five years. The hardest thing to leave was the relationships between a few good operators and the free healthcare. The harder you work the more is expected of you. There is no family work life balance. It felt like you were always preparing to go back to work on your days off. HR is very unprofessional and does not care - more... about the operators. The operators are underpaid and undertrained. A lot of overtime but the facility carries some of the worst chemicals in the business. Chronic exposure to those chemicals is not good.
