Job Culture
unfriendly environment
Social Worker (Current Employee) –  New York, NYNovember 9, 2015
The job itself is the most rewarding part, interacting with clients is fine. But the emphasis on paperwork and deadlines to get paperwork done makes people backbite and turn on each other, as some people do less and get more praise.
Pros
good health insurance, gym reimbursement
Cons
very heavily monitored as to how much time you spend outside your office/away from your desk

Program Assistant (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCJanuary 9, 2015
The office culture does not exist. This is all work, no place and just work. There is no team environment. It's all about the me.
Cons
Short Lunch breaks
