Have a manger on site at all times. Make sure patients needs were being met. Set the same standard for every employee.

Go back to the mindset that the clinical staff are part of the equations that keeps us in business and treat them as such. As it stands now it’s instilled upon us that only the patients keep us in business, so shape up or ship out. But too often have I seen people say they won’t be returning to such and such doctor, lab, etc because the employees they interact with make or break it.
