Trying to get help with a nasty customer. Any time you'd need a manager, none could be found.

Answered

If they keep lying to customers, bilking them out of their hard earned cash with shoddy work, the company will certainly meet its demise. They seem to prefer to fire all their good, reliable, punctual, SOBER employees and keep the felons, drug users/addicts. I can see why there are so many cancelled appointments.

Answered

I was hired in a rush, much like many of the other employees. I met once with the girl who ran the front desk and some "manager". Not much of a process at all. Everything there is done half-assed.

Answered

Treat your employees like people, not like something disposable. Stop hiring drug addicts/users/sellers, felons, guys who don't come to work and screw up the scheduling. Listen to what your good employees have to say. Don't just intimidate, talk over, and ignore.

Answered

They will work you until 9 p.m. with no regards to homeowners wants or needs

Answered

Horrible like you're going in front of a firing squad

Answered

No idea what the policy is. I was never briefed on those things. Never had a review. If I needed time off, I would just let my supervisor know and it took the time off. The pay roll guy was usually asleep in his office, yelling at his sister on a personal call, or watching movies instead of getting our checks right.

Answered

I was let go without any notice due to 'restructuring'. I hated working there. I was always leaving angry, stressed, feeling sick, dreading to go to work the next day. It's a horrible, unprofessional place to work and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Anyone who wrote a good review is part of management trying to save face. There's nothing good about this company or the people that work there. Massive drug culture. They also pay people for good reviews on Angie's List, Home Adviser, etc.
