This hospital is a great place to make money but management has horrible people skills, they don’t take complaints serious or into consideration, they will fire you for no good reason and call it justified I will never work there again. They favor the slackers and the hardworking have to pick up their slack.

It all starts from the top then crumbles to the bottom. The CEO doesn’t care about anything but filling the beds. Even when we are understaffed they load patients on units that aren’t meeting their psychiatric needs. Patients aren’t a treated well. Staff is treated horribly by upper management. Turn over rate is awful. I have never seen such a violation of a facility yet it remains opened.

This corporation cares about profit only. Employees are unappreciated and endangered. Staffing is is all time low right now and they keep taking violent patients with not staff monitor them. I have learned to call off when staffing is low in fear of being attacked by a patient which happened recently. Coworkers are calling off constantly because of poor work conditions. Job culture is low morale. Mgmt writes people up because there is not enough time to throughly complete your task. The CFO micromanages everyone and must get a bonus for cutting employee cost while leaving us to the wolves. Not a good place to work right now. RUN!

Great work environment! Love my coworkers like family. Always room for improvement but that comes with any work environment. Always a pleasure to serve our patients.

Poor Management unsafe environment, Management don't care about their employees and their safety, under staff most of the time because they call people off, to save money. Scheduling always making mistakes with our schedule. I could go on and on, but the point is this place is poorly managed and not a place you'll want to be if you want grow in your career.
