At OSUP, many of our clinics run standard hours of approximately 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. We also offer 10 paid holidays in addition to a generous paid time off program to allow work life balance for our employees.

The typical day for an OSUP employee is different for each position, but one thing remains constant: the work-life balance that we pride ourselves on. We firmly believe everyone working in the health care industry deserves a schedule that complements their lives. In our clinics, our staff usually work 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with scheduled breaks during that time. As with the entirety of the healthcare world, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we became short-staffed and are in need of a variety of important titles. This is why we work every day to hire passionate people in clinical and non-clinical careers. Our mission is to positively impact each patient who walks through The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s door.

OSUP provides growth opportunities within the organization for many of their positions. We also offer market competitive pay. Specifically, we have two levels of Licensed Practical Nurses with compensation starting at $16.00/hour up to $25.77/hour.
