I came to realization you don't work at OSU for the pay, you work there for the benefits. You must take advantage of every single benefit offered for you to make it feel worth going in to work everyday.

Yes, If you work full time they pay for schooling. Its it's a limit of credit hours and you must pass. Dependent tuition reimbursement is 50%. My daughter obtained her BA degree through the program

Interview process consisted of digital interview, then a on site interview then another interview with the director. Interview process is normal. osu always made me feel welcome. Communtion between hr recruiter and me was very smooth and very helpful
