For full time You get one personal day a year (8 hours), your sick time if you dont use it just keeps accumulating. You get 2 weeks vacation. Company pays for health insurance, but deductible is 3000 for a single person, cant imagine what it is for a family. Although they dont pay you enough to cover your deductible. You do get long term disability insurance, not short term. You can get life insurance policy, and 401k, and dental, and vision. And you can get up to a 3% raise each year, buy only if you perform to their standards, which are incredibly high and overwhelming, and a lot of times unrealistic.
