All interviews were done via telephone or video conferencing (Microsoft Teams). Had one telephone screen with HR, one Teams interview with the supervisor, one group interview via Teams. The screen and interviews were not difficult, especially for someone with a lot of interviewing experience.
Interview scheduling and timeline was extremely disorganized. I was told several times that I would hear back about scheduling the next step or about a decision on an offer on a certain day. I either received no communication without my prompting them first, or heard back several days later than originally told. The entire process was much more time consuming and disorganized than it should have been - which does not instill confidence in the organization of the company itself.
