Not a good place to work. Their motto is do more with less and they put patients at risk. They will move you from one specialty dept to another without proper training and you have no say in the matter. They don’t care about the employees or the patients IMO.😡

They’ve become so corporate that they only care about making money. They’ve destroyed departments and can’t keep good employees and the mansfield hospital is scary how new all the nurses are. No loyalty from the company and skeleton crews in most departments. Sad

The only raise was once a year, for cost of living, 2.8%. The raise used to be 3% but they cut that down a few years ago. If you've reached the top in your pay scale, you don't get anything additional.
