Not a good place to work. Their motto is do more with less and they put patients at risk. They will move you from one specialty dept to another without proper training and you have no say in the matter. They don’t care about the employees or the patients IMO.😡

The management/ cares too much on appearance and making people feel bad for being their self and employees that are hired on. Too many chiefs and no Indians. Rude and racist nursing staff in the ED!!! Lacks compassion for people and their needs. Outside conversations about patients as if it’s a joke!!!!! I am new and feel like my loyalty can be with another company. The values implemented at Ohio Health FAILS BIG TIME!!!
