The only raise was once a year, for cost of living, 2.8%. The raise used to be 3% but they cut that down a few years ago. If you've reached the top in your pay scale, you don't get anything additional.

3% raise on annually on your hire date no matter what the employee's performance is. Unless you have reached your top end pay for your position then it is a bonus in one lump sum annually. No additional raises based on excellent performance.

You get an annual 3% raise on your hire date. Everyone gets it no matter what, good employee bad employee it does not matter
