Poor management no chances for advancement

Oil Dri has very poor work life balance, they think family should always take the back burner to them, work should always come first. They have very poor management. They only advance races other than white. They don't appreciate you at all even when you give them 100% all the time. The pay does not match the amount of work you do. They have double standards when it comes to emoyees. If your white dont plan on any raises or promotions, all ways plan on not being able to follow the same rules as the other races there. They receive better treatment then you will and can get away with breaking rules but you better not or you will get your walking papers.
