Poor management no chances for advancement
Process operator (Current Employee) –  Oaklocknee GAMay 11, 2018
Oil Dri has very poor work life balance, they think family should always take the back burner to them, work should always come first. They have very poor management. They only advance races other than white. They don't appreciate you at all even when you give them 100% all the time. The pay does not match the amount of work you do. They have double standards when it comes to emoyees. If your white dont plan on any raises or promotions, all ways plan on not being able to follow the same rules as the other races there. They receive better treatment then you will and can get away with breaking rules but you better not or you will get your walking papers.

If you work there you will never move up unless someone quits or dies. Raises are not very good no matter how hard you work.

Not a nice place to work
Payroll/ HR Administrator (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILMay 18, 2014
Family owned company and they are the only ones making money. The pay is bad, the culture is bad and if you are not in the "in" crowd with the family it really isn't a good place to work.
