PURCHASING CLERK SR in Lampasas, TX
on July 27, 2022
After leaving a toxic place in Burnet Texas I was able to find this place. The people are very nice and friendly, and I love working here. They do take safety very important. Overtime is available as well as sick pay, FMLA, and vacation.

Work and go home don’t get to comfortable. They will sabotage you to avoid keeping you with the company and HR will work with them to get rid of you even if they are the ones who are wrong

Negative experiences more common than not. Requirements to live on location. Very little support from you supervisors and management teams. Always looking for scapegoats.

Supervisor was the worst, played favorites with employees. Very little growth opportunities. Weird vibe most of the time when you walked in to work each day.

This company and management care about each employee and their success. It is a great company to work for. The pay is good and so are the benefits. They are very good at supporting and helping you learn new things.
