I make a lot of phone calls looking for business opportunities. What brought me to this company was the opportunity to actually make sales for myself and not just set them up for others. I have learned that Inside Sales is extremely challenging and requires a lot of work and sometimes, negotiating skills. I have very good management and exceptional co-workers and enjoy and appreciate their help and interaction. The hardest part of the job is the overcoming down economy in the upstream oil and gas industry. So many company are not willing or just not able to spend anything extra at this critical time for them. I really do like the interaction with people and the acceptance of the Oildex name. Oildex has a very good reputation in the industry.
