I think to make the company better you would need to make a position where a specific person does all the training for most of the new hires. There are so many people that work at ok foods that have not been proparly trained on there Jobs. When they get in trouble for something it is not there fault. This is going on throughout the plant, in every department. We need better leadership throughout the company.

Needs to be unionized that will prevent unfair work practice as well as ensure competitive pay

The thing about ok foods is the plant is too big for the market. Meaning there are already too many chicken plants in the area for ok foods to keep people when they can just go work at another plant that most likely will pay more for a easier position. Ok foods will never keep full staff for this reason
