The director I worked under was buddy-buddy with HR, making protection and advocation for the employee difficult when reporting the directors for unprofessional behavior. Employees are not treated the same, regar...

Cross Trained Assistant in Tulsa, OK

Work schedule was flexible. Extra shifts were always available. PTO was easily accrued and easy to take. Hardest part of the job was not having a set break for a 12 hour shift, rest and eat when you can.

It is a revolving door . There is never enough staff for all the clinics on any given day. Total chaos most days .You may not even have a place to sit if you don’t get to work early . You are just thrown to the wolves with no real training .
Cardiovascular Specialist in Tulsa, OK

This company has definitely declined over the past year and when we voice our concerns, no changes are made or considered. Yearly bonuses are a slap in the face. Hillcrest will continue to lose great employees if they do not take care of their staff.
