I wouldn't believe 80% of your Administration! If they say everything's GREAT! It isn't! OMC is out of Control! The Dreams, Values & Mission that OMC was built on is GONE! The younger generation of
Nurses has destroyed all of that & the people in Administration don't have HEART! You have to have HEART & you have to work as a TEAM. HR & Finance did a fine job of segregating the TEAM! The Team was split not by what job you do, but how much your time is worth compared to others, like differentials & now "It's NOT MY JOB" They don't know what TEAM WORK is but the Applications clearly state that's what they have there! DON'T believe it! The next CEO in line is working on bringing OMC down! They advertise that they are the #1 in Olathe because they are the ONLY ONE IN OLATHE! Not too hard to figure out! Everyone needs to look at the History of Olathe & they need to Appreciate, Value & Reward the long time employees that are still there because they forgot who & how they got where they are at today & I am not talking about Management, I am talking about the people that are taking care of & doing the work! Your Management isn't qualified to be in the positions that they hold & they don't tell the CEO what's really going down on the units! NO APPRECIATION!
The Younger Generation of Nurses are Lazy, Disrespectful & they don't have the compassion or HEART they need to be there & make it GREAT! You have to have HEART & everyone has to work as a TEAM. They lost that & I think it's too far gone to get it back! It's SAD! I used to be PROUD to be an Employee there, now, I'm almost embarrassed! I wouldn't recommend it as a place to work!
