One guy said don't work for this company because they don't care about their drivers. Everyone situation is different, but I've worked here for 12 years and from my experience that is definitely not true. This is a very good place to work! Great pay and benefits!

I just got my permit and I can say after all my homework of other companies and their pay, I am very impressed with odfl. I currently drive in the yard ,not off-site and check in & out odfl drivers and none so far have complaints. That alone tells me this company can be added to my list of interests

If you want to be home everyday and you don't mind possibly working a little dock until you build senority go for it overall good company,there ar good and bad managers depends on location.
