Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) – Fairfax, VA – February 26, 2016
People in the office call very often, even interrupt you while working, to cover other shifts, because they only communicate with their employees during office hours. Be ready to say "no" a lot. If not, they'll end up working you seven days a week.. They are very helpful, and they will find out a client within a few days. However, they seem very disorganized, and it can be very frustrating. They also throw parties, which is nice, but again, it's only during office hours. There are benefits with the job: If you work for so many weeks out of the year, you get a paid (1 week) vacation, health insurance is now offered, and they have "peak tests" for education hours. There are no benefits for education, which is disappointing.
Parties, Helpful, Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Finds Clients Easily
Disorganized, No Benefits for Education, Poor Communication, Interupts Shifts
