The hours are very poor & it’s barely enough to live off of depending on who you are and what you have to pay for. It’s like a favorites game. Those who’ve worked there longer and achieve more for the store when it comes to ONC’s & OIS, they get more hours & shifts. Everyone else basically gets the short end of the stick.

Left after 15years because they don’t hire with in the company, they rather bring someone new that don’t know how to run the store, pay for their training and then come to find out they don’t even last. I believe if you are there that long you should be the one promoted first. Trained new hired managers and wasn’t getting paid fair.

I’m getting ready to leave because I was not trained poperly and managers are Just kinda mean to customers but I feel like I’m judged every time I walk in there. I’m only used as a fill in. I wanted to do more like ship from store and shipment and every time I brought it up I was shot down.
