Left after 15years because they don’t hire with in the company, they rather bring someone new that don’t know how to run the store, pay for their training and then come to find out they don’t even last. I believe if you are there that long you should be the one promoted first. Trained new hired managers and wasn’t getting paid fair.

I’m getting ready to leave because I was not trained poperly and managers are Just kinda mean to customers but I feel like I’m judged every time I walk in there. I’m only used as a fill in. I wanted to do more like ship from store and shipment and every time I brought it up I was shot down.

Because the store was poorly ran, they couldn't retain workers because of their lack of managing and lack of flexibility, pay was not enough to live off of no matter how many hours you did, severely short staffed and the customers were disrespectful and disregarding to and of the store. And not enough hours. You only got hours if they were short staffed.
